Implemented a workaround for an issue on macOS 10.13 High Sierra, which could lead to completed downloads still opened in iGetter, when double-clicked, etc. The "Disable Integration" command state in Chrome extension is now saved through the browser restarts. The smaller files would be downloaded directly by Chrome. Added new command "Only files larger than 5MB" in the Chrome extension, that would allow transferring to iGetter only downloads larger than 5MB.
